Customer Success is vital to our business. We will only be successful if we champion our customer interactions and excite our users for our solution - currently addressing critical pain points in the daily work of researchers in the life sciences. For this important task, we are looking for a specialist with a strong scientific background who can own parts of the post-sales success process and ensure smooth growth of our business. As the Life Science Specialist in Customer Success, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in industry and academia, acting as a product expert and friendly face of our business and shepherding them to the right team to solve their problem.
